Beef burgundy with parsley potatoes and seasonal fresh vegetables.
Chicken cacciatore with spiral pasta and seasonal fresh vegetables.
Spiced Moroccan lamb with couscous and seasonal fresh vegetables.
Curried vegetables parcels with seasonal fresh vegetables.
Italian pear tarte with lemon myrtle syrup and King Island cream.
Individual cream cheese tarts with fresh fruit.
Chocolate mousse cake with raspberry puree and King Island cream.
Stuffed peaches with amaretti biscuits (in season).
- A barbecue platter big enough for two including fresh salads and
bread. Cook it yourselves on our easy gas barbecue and enjoy an
open fire around the outdoor firepit. Utensils, crockery etc. provided.
Platter for Two
- An antipasto platter big enough for two including cold meats,
cheeses, accompaniments and bread for you to enjoy outdoors on a
warm summer evening or around the fire in the cool winter months.
Bread and Cheese
- Homemade soup with hot bread followed by an assortment of fresh
Australian cheeses. Just the thing to enjoy around the fire. Perfect
for a late arrival.
